The Scope
The scope of the project was to redesign the website to improve the user experience and the information architecture.

Approach
Our approach focused on analysing these 2 areas: heuristics analysis and mapping out the Information Architecture.

Solution
We mapped out a Do Go mapping to optimise important page flows, creating wireframes to visualise and design the content models, and lastly implement NETS visual language adapted from their brand guide.


Outcome
The redesigned NETS website successfully improved user navigation and enhanced the overall user experience, making it easier for customers to discover and understand NETS' comprehensive payment solutions.
